Loss of Power
Please ensure you have check the fuse box & circuit breakers to ensure everything is set to on. Be sure to unplug all your appliances, if they have caused the outage you will be responsible for the repair.
Water Leak
If the source of the leak can be manually turned off at a stopcock feeding it, do this straight away. If you cannot find the source or the water will not stop, turn off the main supply to your home.
Storm Damage
Your safety is paramount, do not attempt to climb on the roof or perform any repairs whilst in a storm. In situations where emergency assistance is required due to a storm you need to contact our 24/7 Support Line on 02 9525 8066 and the SES on 132 500
General Repairs
All repairs must be reported to your property manager in writing. Once the job has been acknowledged and a work order issued, you will receive an SMS with the details of the trades person that will attend. Non urgent repairs typically take from 1-7 business days to complete.
