The second quarter has been an interesting one. In the Greater Sydney region we have seen the re-introduction of lockdowns which have created a whole set of challenges for our local community.
Once again, we can no longer conduct onsite Auctions or Open for inspections. Thankfully, with access to great modern technology we have been able to conduct auctions and inspections online through video conferencing and still conduct person one-on-one inspections for our rental and sales listings.
Most surprisingly, the market has stayed resilient and even showed signs of growth throughout the lockdown. Lack of stock continues to be a huge driver in the market and I urge anyone in the community thinking of moving to contact my team, you may be surprised with just how much your home could sell for.
