We are over one month into 2017 already and what a great start to the year it has been.
Not long after the Christmas break we started seeing new homes come onto the market. The start of a new year is notorious for bringing new buyers and sellers into the market so we have found ourselves speaking to a lot of new people which is great.
Although we are seeing new properties come on the market supply is still low, we have plenty of buyers that we are in regular contact with that are looking to purchase a wide variety of properties in the Sutherland Shire.
Investors have a lot to be happy about too. January saw our office vacancy rate drop from 6% to 2% which puts our office in the top 2% in NSW.
